The Firehouse is a clothing and gift boutique located in beautiful Northwestern Connecticut. We’re about sophisticated, easy style and great service. We have an enticing mix of clothing and accessories, personal treasures, items for baby and the home, and a gift to make your someone happy.

Years ago, we were housed in a Victorian-era firehouse in New Milford, CT. That’s how we got our name. We’ve moved a bit, most recently, to a spot across from the exquisite waterfall in the historic village of New Preston, CT. New Preston is a tiny hamlet, edged by glistening Lake Waramaug, in the small, bucolic town of Washington. We’re above Dawn Hill Antiques at 11 Main Street at the intersection of Main Street and East Shore Road (Route 45).

We feature clothing brands many people know and love, others with a cult-like following, and others to which we’d love to introduce you. Among our collections are OSKA, ELM DESIGN, ELEMENTE CLEMENTE, RE-SET (“Resist Settling Down”), PORTO, STUDIO RUNDHOLZ, MOYURU, PLANET, EQUESTRIAN, FABRIZIO GIANNI, VITAMIN, COMFY USA, SUN KIM, Mouse Ji, GROA and CHRISTOPHER BLUE.
