The Firehouse is a clothing and gift boutiques located in beautiful northwestern Connecticut. We’re about sophisticated, easy style and great service. We have an enticing mix of clothing and accessories for women and men, personal treasures, items for baby and the home, and a gift to make your someone happy.
Years ago, we were housed in a Victorian-era firehouse in New Milford, CT. That’s how we got our name. We’ve recently moved to an exquisite spot on the waterfall in the historic village of New Preston, CT. New Preston is a tiny hamlet, edged by glistening Lake Waramaug, in the small, bucolic town of Washington.
We feature clothing brands many people know and love, others with a cult-like following, and others to which we’d love to introduce you. Among our collections are OSKA, Babette, Elemente Clemente, Cannisse, Moyuru, SITA MURT, SARAH PACINI, PLANET AND COMFY USA, Vitamin, Peter O. Mahler, Three Dots, and Christopher Blue. And, there’s the wildly popular “PennyAnnie at The Firehouse,” a year-round section stocked with the current season’s fashion, priced at least half off the retail.
